Volker Hage
(b. 1949) is literary editor of der Spiegel and visiting professor at Hamburg University. His most recent work is Zeugen der Zerstörung. Die Literaten und der Luftkrieg, Frankfurt/Main 2003. He is editor of Dieter Forte, "Schweigen oder sprechen" (2002) and, "Hamburg 1943. Literarische Zeugnisse zum Feuersturm" (2003).
