Hasan Bülent Kahraman
(Ph.D. from Bilkent University) is assistant professor at Sabanci University, Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, and coordinator of Visual Arts and Visual Communications Design. His main research areas are social theory, visual culture, ideology and sociology of knowledge, and Turkish social thought. His most recent publications include Turkey Between Modernity and Postmodernity and Facts and Realities in Art and Beyond.
