Mehr Licht! Self-description

English
The first issue of the Albanian cultural and literary magazine Mehr Licht! was published in 1996. Its aim is to serve national literature and culture. Mehr Licht! publishes both new and old writers, both Albanian and foreign ones: the only criteria is quality. A very important place is given to the introduction of foreign literature and culture.

By presenting a wide range of authors, views, genres and standpoints, "Mehr Licht!" has become one of the most popular cultural publications in Albania; a space where different cultures and styles can meet.

The Founders of the magazine are Mira Meksi and Vebi Velija (President of the Cultural Foundation "VELIJA").

Qysh nė numrin e parė tė saj, tė vjeshtės sė vitit 1996, e gjer mė sot, pas 13 numrash, revista letrare - kulturore Mehr Licht! i ka qėndruar besnike qėllimit tė saj parėsor : t’i shėrbejė letėrsisė dhe kulturės kombėtare. Nė faqet e saj kanė gjetur njėlloj vėnd vepra shkrimtarėsh tė vjetėr e tė rinj, shqiptarė e tė huaj, duke kaluar vetėm pėrmes njė filtri : vlerave qe mbartin.

Ka qėnė pikėrisht kėrkimi kėtyre vlerave, objekti themelor i punės sė redaksisė sė revistės, e cila nė pėrzgjedhjen e lėndės i ėshtė nėnshtruar kriterit tė shijeve tė veta, shije kėto qė janė prirur gjithmonė tė evokojnė e tė zbulojnė si veprat mė cilėsore tė autorėve tė afrimuar, ashtu edhe talented e rinj. Nje vend tejet i rėndėsishėm, nė afqet e kėsaj reviste, i ėshtė dhėnė letėrsisė sė huaj, nėpėrmjet njė pėrzgjedhjeje tė kujdesshme tė pėrkthimeve dhe larmisė sė autorėve e zhanreve, duke i shėrbyer kėsisoj - para sė gjithash nėpėrmjet gjuhės - afrimit tė kulturave tė ndryshme me njėra tjetrėn, afrim qe e kemi vlerėsuar si njė synim sipėror. Duke pasqyruar njė gamė tė gjėrė autorėsh, pikpamjesh, qėndrimesh e ligjėrimesh, duke zgjeruar gjithnje e mė tepėr hapėsirėn e rubrikave qe pėrbėjnė bėrthamėn e revistės,, nė mėnyrė tė tėrthortė, revista Mehr Licht! ėshtė bėrė njė nga terrenet mė tė populluar tė "pėrleshjeve" estetike, ideore, pėrkthimore, etj.
